What is a Veteran Navigator?

The Veteran Navigator helps veterans and their families get the support they need. As a member of the MCCMH team, the Veteran Navigator can connect you with community, state, and federal resources, including those provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Veteran Navigator services are available to all military veterans, including those still serving. Family members of veterans are also eligible for assistance.
