The Veteran Navigator plays an important role on our team and serves as a guide. They can help identify and navigate available community, state, and federal resources, including those from the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA).
The Veteran Navigator can help with:
- Mental health services
- Substance use disorder treatment
- Benefits
- Transportation
- Employment
- Education and training
- Housing
- Support groups
- VA resources
- Transition assistance
The Veteran Navigator services are open to all military veterans, including those still serving. Family members of veterans can also get help. A veteran is anyone who served in the military, no matter how long, with any discharge status.
