As one of four Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCHBCs) in Macomb County, we take a comprehensive approach to behavioral health care. CCBHCs offer a variety of services for those who meet the criteria for mental health and/or substance use disorder diagnosis. With an integrated model of care, we can better support our community’s needs.

CCBHC services include:

  • Crisis mental health services, including 24-hour mobile crisis teams, emergency crisis intervention services, and crisis stabilization
  • Screening, assessment, and diagnosis, including risk assessment
  • Patient-centered treatment planning or similar processes, including risk assessment and crisis planning
  • Outpatient mental health and substance use services
  • Outpatient clinic primary care screening and monitoring of key health indicators and health risks
  • Targeted case management
  • Psychiatric rehabilitation services
  • Peer support, counselor services, and family support
  • Intensive, community-based mental health care for members of the armed forces and veterans, particularly those located in rural areas

CCBHCs provide these services regardless of where a person lives. We accept all types of insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. We also serve those without insurance. A sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify, based on income and family size.
